Biografie
Hazim Kamaledin (1954) is een Irakese acteur, schrijver en regisseur. Eind jaren 70 van de vorige eeuw vluchtte hij uit zijn geboorteland omdat hij weigerde theater te maken ten dienste van de Irakese dictator Saddam Hoessein. Hij kwam uiteindelijk in België terecht, waar hij in 1993 het toneelgezelschap Tg. Woestijn 93 oprichtte. Zie verder een profiel op de website van Auteurslezingen.
